Refund Eligibility
- Refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Or item must be defective/not as described
How to Request a Refund
Email suportebrup@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Order email
- Order reference number
- Reason for refund
We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method
- Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
- Confirmation email sent when refund is initiated
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us BEFORE opening a chargeback or dispute with their bank
- We commit to resolving valid issues directly and promptly
- Chargebacks opened without prior contact may delay resolution
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full evidence
