Refund Eligibility

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Or item must be defective/not as described

How to Request a Refund

Email suportebrup@gmail.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order email
  • Order reference number
  • Reason for refund

We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method
  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Confirmation email sent when refund is initiated

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us BEFORE opening a chargeback or dispute with their bank
  • We commit to resolving valid issues directly and promptly
  • Chargebacks opened without prior contact may delay resolution
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full evidence

Exceptions

Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale unless defective.
