Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return
- Email suportebrup@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping address (Sydney, NSW, Australia)
- Ship the item back to the provided address
- Once received and inspected, refund will be issued within 5 business days to original payment method

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was incorrectly sent.

- Full refund or replacement at no cost to customer
- No return shipping required for defective/incorrect items
