Section 2 — Description of Products and Services

• Punch's Plushie AU sells physical plush toys (stuffed animals) shipped to Australia and New Zealand.
• Products are tangible goods; no digital downloads, subscriptions, or virtual goods are sold on this site.
• Payment is processed by JVB DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC via Stripe.
• Delivery is fulfilled via Australia Post; estimated 3–7 business days AU, 7–14 business days NZ.

Section 3 — Compliance with Stripe and Payment Processor Rules

• All payments are processed through Stripe (stripe.com), a third-party payment processor.
• JVB DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC agrees to and complies with: Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal), Stripe's Restricted Businesses list (stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses), and Stripe Atlas terms where applicable.
• The company will not engage in any activity prohibited by Stripe, its payment processing partners, or applicable card network rules.
• The company commits to responding promptly to any information or verification requests from Stripe or payment processors and to maintaining accurate, current business and contact information at all times.
• Customers acknowledge that by completing a purchase, their payment data is processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Section 4 — Prohibited Business Categories; Our Permitted Activity

JVB DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC / Punch's Plushie AU does NOT engage in and will NOT engage in any of the following:

• Sale, production, or promotion of illicit drugs, marijuana, or products that mimic illegal substances
• Sale of alcohol, tobacco, or adult products to minors, or marketing such products primarily to persons under 18
• Unauthorised financial services, fictitious banking, anonymous accounts, or predatory lending
• Hazardous, toxic, explosive, flammable, radioactive materials or EPA-restricted pesticides
• Content or products promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination against protected classes
• Unregistered health benefit packages, unsubstantiated health claims, or unapproved therapeutic/pseudo-pharmaceutical products
• Intellectual property infringement, sale of counterfeit goods, or unauthorised resale of restricted items
• Firearms, ammunition, weapon components, or products enabling or facilitating violence
• Deceptive or unethical practices including get-rich-quick schemes, document forgery, unauthorised payment facilitation, telecom fraud, or sale of expired/harmful products

The company also does NOT operate in the following categories that may be accepted under Stripe Atlas but are restricted under Stripe Payments: adult content or pornography; debt collection or credit repair; cryptocurrency exchanges or ICOs; gambling, sports betting, or casinos; NFT primary or secondary sales; identity theft protection or insurance; high-risk legal services or payday lending; sale of digital traffic, followers, or fake engagement; high-risk travel (airlines, timeshares, cruise lines).

Our permitted activity is strictly limited to: the retail sale of physical plush toy products (stuffed animals) to adults and general consumers in Australia and New Zealand, fulfilled via standard postal services.

The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that would violate these restrictions or the rules of our payment processors.

Section 5 — Eligibility

Customers must be 18+ or have parental consent. By purchasing, customer confirms they are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Section 6 — Pricing and Payment

All prices in AUD. Payment via Stripe (card). Price at time of order is final. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

Physical goods shipped via Australia Post. AU: 3–7 business days. NZ: 7–14 business days. Risk of loss transfers upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Section 9 — Intellectual Property

All brand assets, copy, and site content belong to JVB DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC. The Djungelskog product is manufactured by IKEA; we are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by IKEA.

Section 10 — Disclaimers

Products sold as-is. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for lost parcels once dispatched (Australia Post tracking provided).

Section 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JVB DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Section 12 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts or via binding arbitration.

Section 13 — Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
